Working with the service MD and account director we helped the business launch a new service offer – Bereavement Services – to their banking and financial services contacts and clients. With new legislation rolling out to schools and academies we created a marketing plan and delivered a campaign to increase their market share in the education sector. An integrated campaign took in print, online and a launch event.

Hounslow is a London borough on the fringes of Heathrow Airport and London’s 10th largest borough by area. With the government’s move to digital services, the council needed a campaign to encourage residents to sign up for online billing for council tax and manage housing benefits. The campaign was delivered via e-newsletters, banners stands, posters, z-cards and web content across customer services by Liberata as the provider of Hounslow’s revenues and assessments service.
