Xchanging (now DXC.technology) is a provider of business processing, technology and procurement services internationally to customers across many industry sectors with a large footprint in the insurance market.

Brief

  • Work alongside a client and product development team to launch Fees Direct+ (now Verometrix) into the London insurance market
  • Develop key messaging and a go to market plan
  • Create and deliver a marketing plan and sales support support programme to launch the new service and drive sales during year one

Results

  • Service name and brand created from naming protocols to copyright and branding
  • Full suite of marketing collateral developed across digital, print, social media programme and service animation
  • Sales presentations created and pipeline tracking to monitor results
  • Launch event delivered and a global sponsorship programme negotiated and approved
